Communication Assistant – Working Student

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).
We are looking for a person who will act as an assistant(s) for one of Krakow’s businesses and will also support the day-to-day work of the communications team.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and editing content on internal and external communication channels (intranet, website, others)
  • Creating and editing content in the newsletter
  • Support and implementation of activities and events aimed at company employees.
  • Supporting the social media team
  • Supporting the communications team in its day-to-day work (processing of contracts, FV, preparation of presentations)
  • Editing texts in Polish and English

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have:

  • Active student status (for at least 1-2 years)
  • Professional experience in the communications field
  • Knowledge of communication and media market trends and the ability to do research
  • Experience in organising events
  • Good organisational skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word)
  • Good English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Availability to work from the office in Kraków (or hybrid)

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Positive energy, sense of humor, enthusiasm and proactive work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Fast and accurate with good attention to detail
  • A head full of ideas and being open to challenges

The team you’ll be part of:

As part of our team you will be involved in various office related tasks:

  • Preparation of materials and presentations for meetings and events
  • Providing administrative support to the teams and TC Head
  • Organising business meetings
  • Responsibility for small projects, e.g. team-building events
  • Participate in company-wide/and local business administrative tasks/activities
  • Coordinating and maintaining team websites and other communication forums
  • Arranging accommodation and organising business travel and similar business-related events / supporting the expenses process
  • Other ad hoc tasks depending on the current needs of the company 

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You should have:

  • Active status student for at least a 1-2 years
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, responsibility and commitment to work
  • Problem solving skills
  • Initiative and willingness to constantly learn and develop
  • Experience in working in a similar position will be an additional asset
  • Availability to work in the office in Kraków (or hybrid)
