Corporate responsibility is first and foremost a responsibility for people: employees, stakeholders, customers, partners. We support the private lives of our employees through a range of activities and projects aimed at parents and supporting physical and mental health.

New Child Leave

From 2022, we are offering our employee fathers the right to an additional, non-codex, 90 days fully paid leave. Fathers can take this benefit up to 30 days after the birth or adoption of a child. The leave is designed to support family life, to enable the bond between parent and child to be built and to support the partner during the first weeks with the new family member.
